Policies
We at KNN Resort Mondulkiri are dedicated to providing quality service and amenities for our guests. We understand that plans can change and we want to make sure that our customers have a positive stay experience with us. To that end, we have put in place our hotel booking cancellation policy. All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. We require a written confirmation of the cancellation prior to the 48 hour mark, either through email or call. If the cancellation is made within the 48 hour window, we will charge a penalty fee that is equal to the total cost of the original reservation. We understand that sometimes life gets in the way, so we do offer a few exceptions to our cancellation policy. If you are unable to stay due to a medical emergency or a death in the family, we can waive the penalty fee. Additionally, if you are unable to stay due to an act of nature or other unforeseen circumstances, we may be able to provide a refund for your reservation. In these cases, please contact us directly for further details.

All bookings must be made in advance, payment must be made in full at the time of arrival, a valid credit card is required for all bookings, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival, and a minimum stay of one nights is required.
+ Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be issued if cancellations are made more than 48 hours before the check-in date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to check-in will incur a cancellation fee equal to total booking amount.
+ Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of arrival, however 50% deposited is required up-on confirmed booking and is non-refundable.
